My experience
The TechDAS Air Force V Premium is a beautifully engineered high‑end turntable that brings groundbreaking “air” technology‑based design to a more accessible price point within TechDAS’s lineup. Its precision‑machined solid aluminum chassis and air bearing/vacuum LP hold‑down system isolate the platter and record from vibration exceptionally well, resulting in very low background noise and stable rotation for clean playback.

Compared to the original Air Force V, the Premium’s heavier CNC‑machined body boosts dynamic range and inertia, giving a sense of greater control and musical ease. The integrated AC motor with anti‑vibration design and polished belt drive deliver accurate speed and torque with minimal wow and flutter.

Overall, reviewers note that it elevates analogue fidelity with excellent noise floor performance, robust build quality, and rich, detailed sound that rivals much more expensive decks.
